Kinesiologist
What is Kinesiology and how can it make me better?
What is Kinesiology? Kinesiology is a natural, holistic approach to creating and maintaining optimal health and well-being. A kinesiologist applies structural, mental, nutritional, and energetic balancing techniques to help people alleviate pain, improve physical and mental performance, and enhance energy. Used all over the world by a variety of different health professionals, it is one of the most advanced forms of holistic health care.
How Does it Work?
Through the art and science of muscle testing (kinesiology), the kinesiologist may often locate energetic and structural imbalances in the body, and which approach may be most suitable to bring the body back into balance. Muscle testing often gives the practitioner and patient, immediate feedback, to confirm that corrections have been effective.
How Does the Patient Benefit?
Because Kinesiology deals with the whole person, the patient may experience a wide range of benefits from these simple, yet powerful techniques. Some experience relief and sometimes rapidly, alleviating acute, and chronic pain. Kinesiologists are now working with world-class and Olympic athletes, to help them achieve state, national, and even world records, as well as reducing their chance of injury. This approach often brings patients emotional benefits, including removing life long stressors, eliminating phobias and post-traumatic stress, as well as enhancing performance and creativity. Kinesiology often helps children and adults with learning difficulties. Joint conditions, including knee and hip problems, frozen shoulder, and carpal tunnel syndrome, often respond well. Kinesiology may help you discover which foods are depleting your energy, and which foods and supplements can enhance your health and vitality. Personal goals such as anti-aging, weight loss, increased energy, better relationships, and career objectives may be more successfully realized.
